This is the very delicious one of the ice creams i like to buy a glass of "Soviet" filling or a piece of fruit ice from the purchase. Although I cook at home quite often, but rather from sports interest. But recently I realized that I did not like this dessert, because I did not make apricot! Yes Yes! From him I was delighted, and literally myself ate everything cooked, and even in a snack with fried (caramelized) apricots. Maybe it's the apricots themselves! Well, very tasty caught, which is a great rarity at this time. And maybe even in my love for peaches, nectarines, apricots .... In a word, I also love ice cream!
- 600 g of peeled and peeled apricots, 
- 100 ml of water, 
- 150-200 g of sugar, 
- 250 ml of cream, 33-35%, 
- 125 ml of sour cream or natural yogurt, 
- 1 hour of lemon juice, 
- vanilla, 
- 3 -4 apricots, 
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar, 
1 tbsp butter. 

                          Put in the pan apricots, water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved and cool. Pour the mass into the blender bowl, add cream, yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla. All whisk until smooth.Pour into a freezer or container and freeze. If frozen in a container, do not mix it 3-4 times. 
                         It is very tasty to serve with fried apricots. Melt butter in a frying pan. Fry the pieces of apricots on it, add sugar and stirring on a fire until the sugar is completely dissolved.
