Several years ago, I learned how to make milk-cream jelly with berries, and now it's our family's favorite dessert. Be sure to take a mixture of milk and cream to make the jelly tender. As berries, you can take strawberries, cherries or blueberries both separately and their mixture. For solidification, you can use a figurative form for baking cupcakes or small cups, then submit the dessert portionwise. You can serve this jelly with maple or chocolate syrup. 

Ingredients:

  • Gelatin - 20 Grams
  • Sugar - 150 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar - 10 Grams
  • Strawberries - 350-400 Grams
  • Milk - 400 Milliliters
  • Cream from 25% fat content - 200 milliliters

Servings: 5-7

1. Gelatine soak in 100 ml of milk, stir well and let it swell. Cream of 25% fat content, mix with the remaining milk, sugar, vanilla sugar.

2. Put the mixture on the fire and warm it well, but do not bring it to a boil. Dissolve in the hot milk swollen gelatin.

3. Clean strawberries, rinse and dry. Cut the strawberries into four pieces. Rinse the form with cold water and put half of the berries. Pour it 1/3 of the milk mixture and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

4. Lay the remaining strawberries on top and fill with the rest of the milk mixture. Cover the form with a food film and send it to the freezer for 4 hours until the dessert is completely frozen.

5. Dip the dessert into the hot water and transfer the jelly to the dish. Bon Appetit!
